This strategically focused and results-driven role is part of our Supply Chain Manufacturing Recruiting Team and focuses on mid-senior level role recruitment for manufacturing plants across our Kellogg North American footprint. Additionally, you will have the responsibility for managing mid-high level recruitment for corporate supply chain and driving engagement with our Supply Chain partners to encourage outside-the-box thinking and creative recruitment.  This role is based in Grand Rapids, MI, in our Global Business Services team but can be virtual and remotely based.





  • Functional Recruitment Support – You’ll create a relationship with the functions you own and support, both Plant and Corporate Supply Chain leadership roles, and develop a strategic partnership to manage the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle for vacancies.


  • Talent Advising & Insights – You’ll be a champion for the Kellogg recruitment process. Staying up to date on recruitment trends, best practices, legal developments, company policies, and benchmark comparisons, you’ll be a valued partner to HR and your hiring managers.


  • Sourcing – It’s time to be resourceful. To find the best talent for our roles we use multiple resources, and we want to hear your innovative techniques too.


  • Drive Diversity & Inclusion – To serve diverse consumers, we need a diverse workforce. You will play a key role in driving Kellogg’s commitment to diversity initiatives.






  • High School Diploma or GED and extensive related experience
  • Ability to work independently, as well as effectively within a team with members of all levels of experience, and must be able to work well with a variety of key customers throughout the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude with experience providing thoughtful and responsive client service
  • Previous full lifecycle recruitment management experience including interviewing, sourcing, and candidate management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques, as well as, federal and state laws regarding employment practice.
  • Understanding of hiring practices and behavioral-based interview techniques
  • Previous experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors preferred)


Bonus Points:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Agency or Corporate experience recruiting for Manufacturing roles within the Food Manufacturing Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
  • Experience working to service level agreements in a customer-driven organization
  • Experience successfully navigating extremely challenging/hard to fill roles
