  • Lead commercial finance for our five distributor markets in MED and take on full PnL responsibility, delivering balanced growth;
  • Ensure robust distributor financial targets are set for the year, deliver quarterly targets within Trade Budgets while improving the ROI of all trade investment;
  • Provide visibility to trade investment for actual and planned spend by connecting the financial plan to commercial activities in the markets;
  • Business partner with Sales teams to mitigate risks and realise opportunities;
  • Provide financial direction & support to sales lead team, pro-actively develop and evaluate alternative financial ideas to improve profitability, partner with RGM to increase category margin through pricing, mix management, promo efficiencies;
  • Oversee the accounting and controls for all trade allowances to ensure full compliance with Corporate Accounting Policy;
  • Act as key financial advisor to the Sales team, ensuring that all team members have a good understanding of our Sustainable Growth Operating Model and what they can do to optimize financial delivery;
  • Lead sales finance elements of the commercial planning and financial budgeting process from a customer perspective, actively driving collaboration and alignment with Sales Commercial Strategy and RGM teams to improve forecast accuracy.




  • You are accountable, curious, pro-active and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • The position requires a qualified university degree in Finance-related subject;
  • You have acquired Financial Acumen and gained experience in Finance at management level ideally within a Multinational corporation or Big 4 company;
  • Proactive, good communication skills (oral and written), superior analytical skills, excellent knowledge of excel;
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley S404.
