We are on the lookout for an experienced Human Resource Operations Specialist to support our HR team located at our Kellogg Bandar Enstek Manufacturing Plant. Kellogg’s Bandar Enstek is a snacks hub producing halal certified Pringles.

 

Key roles & responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of manpower and labour planning including foreign worker management and associated recruitment activities.
  • Provide support to HR function which include invoice and cost management, onboarding, training, and other administrative duties. 
  • Support HR Business Partner on HR compliance, IR, performance management/improvement plans, workforce strategy and capability building. 
  • Interact effectively with stakeholders, create awareness of HR practices, internal/external policies, and procedures towards compliance.
  • Assist in HR reporting related to cost management, manpower management on weekly/monthly basis as well as other general administration duties.
  • Ensure all HR policies, processes, and initiatives are executed in accordance with the company’s requirement and compliant with local regulations.
  • Facilitate the line managers on regulatory requirements, performance management and investigation process.
  • Liaise with government statutory bodies such as Department of Immigration, Department of Labour, Ministry of Home Affairs, and other authorities for workforce affairs.  
  • HR projects or initiatives from time to time.
     

What does the ideal candidate profile look like?

  • Min Diploma or Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience including manpower planning and management, performance management/improvement and IR.
  • Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fast learner, highly motivated and customer orientated.
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Open only to Malaysian Citizen.
