Join a highly motivated team starting Summer 2023! Incoming ABM’s will join a rotational program designed to create an entry cohort for talent within the marketing function and will participate in an accelerated learning path.

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Collaborating for Results – Serve as a trusted and capable strategic partner, working with cross-functional counterparts such as finance, research and development, supply chain and sales to deliver against brand sales targets. 
  • Driving Brand and/or Innovation – In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help develop Kellogg Company’s brand and innovation strategies. Show us that you’re a creative thinker and dedicated go-getter! You will partner with brand managers and senior brand managers to drive ideas from inception to commercial launch, including new products, packaging, public relations, media, and creative agency management. 
  • Managing Key Projects –– Learn and execute winning brand strategies with your cross-functional teammates. You will put your project management skills to use as you balance multiple projects with the help of your business partners. Stretch yourself as you learn from the best in brand management at Kellogg Company!

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree at an accredited four-year college or university completed by Summer 2023, with active students preferably pursing coursework in marketing, communications and/or related field  
  • Demonstrated interest and capability in marketing competencies (Strong interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical and decision- making skills)
  • Demonstrated interest and/or background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
  • Curiosity and passion for learning
