Title:  Associate Finance Director

Description: 

As an Associate Finance Director, you’ll share your world-class analytical skills and passion for collaboration by partnering with our corporate business unit teams to move key business strategies forward. You’ll expertly manage a dedicated team and ensure that plans are aligned with strategic and financial objectives, demonstrating your caring and capable approach to leadership. Through providing insightful financial guidance around reports, analytics, forecasts, and targets, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us exceed key metrics and deliverables.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Leading People Management & Development – Oversee, motivate, and develop teams by setting group and individual key performance measures that align with objectives. You will not only participate in your own functional or career development training to increase knowledge and skills but will help your team to continue to grow and develop their knowledge and skills.

 

  • Subject Matter Expert – Bring your consultative cap to the office because in this role you’ll be the subject matter expert and work with the categories and functions to identify strategic projects to drive value and take proactive actions to minimize risks and optimize opportunities. Our success is shaped by you.

 

  • Analysis and Insights – With an uncommonly good eye, you’ll examine financial performance and communicate results and insights to management teams across functions and categories. You’ll also investigate opportunities for profit enhancement and recommend actions that promote improved financial results. Your insights will help shape tomorrow.

 

  • Model Collaborator – In this role, you’ll conduct P&L and cash flow analysis across KNA, perform external benchmarking, and focus on driving gross margin and ROIC improvement. Additionally, with key business partners, you’ll review progress toward key strategies and objectives and present financial performance. Our team is continually moving towards progress.

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business-related field
  • Progressive experience in the Finance field
  • Strong decision-making, business partnering, and communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to collaborate and influence
  • Analytical experience with proven ability to forecast
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Consumer Packages Goods Experience is a plus
