Title:  Finance Intern - Summer 2023

Come join our gr-r-reat team as a Finance intern with Kellogg! You’ll be given hands-on experience to help you obtain the skills needed as you prepare for your future as a Finance leader. You’ll be working across different functions to grow your Finance skillset – including Category Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain Finance, Planning and Reporting, Sales Finance, Innovations Finance, and/or Logistics Finance. We want to see your passion for excellence and owner’s mindset, you’ll help challenge current processes and drive business value.

 

With multiple teams to collaborate with and learn about, your opportunity for growth is endless. This internship will be based out of our Global HQ offices in Battle Creek, Michigan.

 

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

 

As part of the Kellogg Internship program, you will participate in our corporate onboarding orientation and have the chance to visit our Kellogg World Headquarters in Battle Creek, Michigan (Cereal City, USA!) during the Intern Finale meeting. These events consist of executive exposure, former intern & executive panels, networking events, community activities and much more.

 

This paid internship requires a 3-month, full-time commitment starting May 2023. Relocation advising and sign-on bonus provided – and did we mention we have plenty of snacks? Travel may be required but will depend on geography and placement. The internship concludes with a Final Showcase event and presentation to functional leaders.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

Required:

 

  • Student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business field
  • Taken courses in Finance or Accounting
  • Available for a 3-month assignment from May 22, 2023 – August 11, 2023
  • Anticipated graduation date cannot fall during the course of, or at the completion of, your internship. We request students plan to return to campus the semester following the conclusion of their internship. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
  • Leadership roles in school/volunteer clubs/organizations
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
