Title: Manager, Integrated Business Planning
As a Manager of Integrated Business Planning, you’ll support our plant-based protein category, predicting where the business is going and why. We want you to have a vision for tomorrow and a plan to get there. Putting your leadership skills to use, you will leverage cross-functional resources, all while building your expertise and network. This role supports the Veggie part of the Kellogg business, which is on a transformation journey to become a standalone company by the end of 2023. This is a Battle Creek, MI based opportunity working on a hybrid, work from home and in office model.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Performing Business Analytics – Access, analyze, and interpret lead business indicators of shipments, share, consumption, and promotional efficiencies and effectiveness. Utilizing your resources will be imperative to your success. You’ll provide strategic recommendations that drive us toward the future with confidence.
- Driving Planning Process – Play a key part in the annual planning process. You’ll adapt the national trade calendar, managing investment levels and ensuring adherence to brand strategies. We’re hoping you can take a new angle on what otherwise might be ordinary!
- Providing Leadership – Offer strategic direction regarding all strategy, assembly, development, and execution of annual sales plans, drawing on your strong leadership skills. You will identify opportunities to improve profit and gross sales volume based on analysis of promotion, spending, and volume, including forecasts and actuals.
- Championing Data – Act as the team expert on customer relationship management technology. You will train team members on the use of the system and provide improvement recommendations. We’ll rely on you to manage the team’s data integrity.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Significant experience in sales, marketing, business planning, or sales finance
- Demonstrated strong business acumen, collaboration skills, judgment expertise, organizational skills, analytical skills, multi-tasking skills, and a drive toward action
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Ability to work in conditions that may include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints
- Strong verbal and written communication skills plus excellent organization skills
