Multimedia Manager


The Multimedia Manager helps to tell Kellogg’s corporate story to internal audiences in ways that engage and have impact. This position supports the Global Corporate Affairs and other internal teams by providing global-scale meeting production services and multimedia solutions, including video and podcast production, in support of various initiatives.


Location: This role will be a hybrid virtual / in office position located in a commutable distance to Battle Creek, MI, Kellogg’s Global Corporate Headquarters. There will be occasional travel required for this role, also.




Enhance Our Storytelling Through Multimedia Content

  • Tell our corporate story to internal audiences in ways that engage and have impact, through audio, video, event production and script writing/story boarding.
  • Supports the following internal channels: Teams/Stream, Live Events, Other audio and video platforms (such as Whooshkaa for podcasts).
  • Supports the following internal clients: External Communications, KNA, Sales, Supply Chain, Better Days team.
  • Produce videos and podcasts– from concept to completion – for various Corporate Affairs teams, external and internal platforms and other business initiatives.
  • Help think strategically about how to tell the best story that will connect with the audience and inform, inspire and elicit action. Think about how content can be used across various media and audiences.

Plan and Oversee Live Event Production

  • In partnership with the Sr. Manager, provide multimedia technical support for major company and ExCo-led events. Includes installation, configuration and operation of a broad range of multimedia, including web streaming, sound systems and analog and digital recording.
  • Work with internal business partners to create multimedia project recommendations, plans, delivery options, cost and estimated timelines to ensure optimum multimedia delivery.
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships that allow deep understanding of goals and needs and provide guidance on creative direction.

Create and Manage Digital Assets

  • Use technical knowledge of current multimedia software and tools for a variety of projects to support business partners.
  • Manage and maintain footage and completed projects in digital asset library.





Required Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, IT or related field.
  • Related experience with a focus on multimedia communications / support.
  • Advanced experience using content creation software and hardware including for example, Adobe Creative Suite, Newtek Tricaster, cameras and studio equipment.
  • Proven ability to produce videos from concept to final edit.
  • Maintain calm under pressure. Demonstrated ability to meet tough deadlines, execute flawlessly, juggle multiple projects, thrive in a matrixed team and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent, solutions-focused customer-service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to see a project through to completion, work independently as well as work effectively within a team, with employees at all levels of the organization and with external vendors/contractors.
  • Experience using video conferencing, electronic touch panel control delivery and web streaming technologies, as well as a working knowledge of web technology and developing internet/intranet multimedia content.
  • Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and possess a high level of accuracy with information.


Bonus Points:

  • Ability to keep up with modern trends in content and equipment to push the limits of content development.
  • Experience in multimedia / corporate communications in a large corporate environment
