Title:  Senior Financial Analyst

Bring your collaboration skills, as you partner with Category Marketing & Innovation leads to deliver decision-making support for key innovation initiatives.

  • Support Innovation Projects – Attend project meetings and partner with cross functional teams to provide financial feasibility of innovations. Provide sensitivity analyses and project recommendations, and help teams understand key drivers of margin and project performance relative to key metrics. You will also need to manage timelines appropriately as you will be owning multiple projects at any given time.
  • Provide Reporting Guidance – Perform Innovation Reporting on historic innovation, track performance of recent launches, provide post launch audits, and give insight as to the delivery of overall innovation pressure relative to budget expectations.
  • Special Projects – Lead the completion of ad hoc analyses, provide insight into innovation and overall category performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive for Results – Be the financial advocate for driving margins and provide creative solutions to everyday problems. Own and manage the financial modeling tool and overall modeling process and communicate results to leadership.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business related field and strong related work experience
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Proficient knowledge and use of ERP or other financial planning systems (SAP, Anaplan)
