Title:  Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Are you passionate about talent and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I)?  As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will assist in the implementation and enhancement of Supply Chain talent programs, create metrics, and utilize data/analytics to make recommendations that will enable the Kellogg North America Supply Chain (KNA SC) team to drive the appropriate efforts to improve overall talent hiring, ED&I, employee development, retention, and succession planning.  

 

As a member of the Supply Chain Human Resources Team, you will have the opportunity to influence Supply Chain’s overall performance.  You will prepare the Supply Chain Leadership Team (SCLT) for Talent Reviews and performance rating calibrations by facilitating those meetings to drive overall performance improvements at all levels of the supply chain organization.   Relocation offered.  

 

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Direct Partnering – You will be providing day-to-day support to the Senior Director Human Resources – Kellogg North America Supply Chain and Supply Chain Human Resource Directors and providing HR/LR support as needed for Supply Chain optimization projects.
  • Talent Management – You will have the opportunity to implement the Talent Agenda as identified by KNA People Development Committee (PDC).  Providing metrics, scorecards, and other reports necessary to drive the KNA SC team to drive appropriate efforts to improve overall talent hiring, development, retention, and succession planning.  Preparing and facilitating biweekly and quarterly PDC meetings with SCLT as needed. 
  • Leadership – You will lead/own Supply Chain PDC meetings and Supply Chain Talent processes.

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

  • Bachelor degree with extensive related experience
  • Advanced analytics and exceptional problem solving, decision-making and communication skills are key
  • Ability to influence multi-levels within the organization 
  • In depth knowledge of Talent Review processes and trends
  • Knowledge of critical supply chain roles, challenges, and an ability to partner with the business and recruiting
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
