Title:  Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning Demand

  • Analytics – Successfully delivering analytics and statistical modeling for the IBP function across all categories and functions will be key to your success.  Supporting category demand planners and IBP peers you will provide expertise in data analytics and ensure the development and accuracy of the tools and capabilities used in the demand planning function.  You will develop analytics around Lead analytics for Bias, MAPE, FVA, top 10 misses, top SKU review, etc.
  • Data and Insights Integration – This position will provide a single source of truth from well managed and maintained databases including POS, macro-economic, and other relevant data sources.
  • Demand Forecasting Enablement – You will assist in the development of capabilities in the generation of demand forecasts, as needed, based on data received directly from retailers and 3rd party sources, in addition to larger macro-economic indicators.
  • Solutions Oriented – Analyzing and profiling available, reliable, and relevant data (internal and external) you will uncover insights in support of scalable solutions.  You will work to build trust and drive business adoption by demystifying solution intricacies for stakeholders.
  • Collaboration – Partnering with key stakeholders together you will explore opportunities to develop data driven solutions by developing and utilizing statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.  Working with a team of data scientists, solutions delivery managers, engineers, and business stakeholders you will take an opportunity or pain point from concept to scaled solution
  • Continuous Improvement – This position will cultivate a continuous learning environment within the organization and advanced analytics community.  Your persistent development of new skills and sharing of knowledge through mentorships and contributions will benefit the IBP community.  Defining and establishing best practices will be critical.





  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or experience with demand planning/IBP in a Consumer Packaged Goods company. Experience should include one or more of the following - Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics and Distribution, Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain consulting.
  • Strong with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong skills in data analytics tools and resources such as Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, R, or Stata. 
  • Familiarity with statistical algorithms and enhancements, strong communication skills, a dedication to finding and delivering the truth and comfort messaging results to executive leadership.
  • Incumbent must have the ability to work in conditions that include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints. Schedule will need to accommodate the deliverables of the standard IBP process.


Bonus Points:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Statistics, or Data Science, Information Management, or related fields
  • Background analyzing market trend data at a CPG company, such as share, consumption, etc.
