Title:  Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management

This role takes part in Locate for Your Day, Kellogg’s hybrid way of working that empowers office-based employees to, in partnership with their managers, find a balance between working from home and the office. Candidates must be in IL, MI, MN, KY, NJ, NC, OH, CO or CA for this position.



  • Price / Promotion Insights & Strategy – create guidance to sales channels in Portable Wholesome Snacking that optimizes channel level pricing and promotional plans to drive profitable growth for Kellogg and its Customer(s). 


  • Business Analytics – Your analytical mindset will serve you well as you provide data, analysis and insights to the internal category team and field sales team.  This will involve examining the impact of customer trends and overall macro-economic trends.  Leveraging Nielsen and proprietary price and promotion tools, you will be the lead expert behind revenue growth in the Frozen Breakfast category.    


  • Strategic Mindset – Partnering with cross functional partners, it will be necessary to develop ideas, plans and pathways sustainable results.   The RGM framework will focus on pricing, promotion, pack architecture and multi-year strategy needs. 


  • Communication - Communicating effectively across multiple internal / external customers.  Likewise, you will need to acquire commitments through influence and articulation of the plan.  Translating results into clear, concise presentations will enable internal and external customers to quickly make decisions.  

Teamwork - Collaborating with the direct report to create strategic plan to deliver business solutions.





  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Expert knowledge of economic/financial concepts (e.g. price elasticity, pricing thresholds, trade rate, net sales, gross profit).  
  • Extensive experience utilizing analytical tools 
  • Ability to understand and translate complex methodologies into actionable and understandable plans
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Executive presence to present to Senior Leadership
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Power Point and Excel)
  • Strong understanding of IRI / Nielsen scanner data.
