Title:  Senior Manager End to End Process


As a Senior Manager End to End (E2E) Process (Battle Creek, MI or Chicago, IL) on the Kellogg North America Cross Category and Sales Operations team you will play a key part in helping the organization grow. Through your expertise and ability to drive process and governance you will help our Category Teams reduce remarketing and inventory write offs, taking our brands even further.   • End to End Process – This position is responsible for writing, implementing and governance of E2E processes for our Commercial Teams.
  • Standardization and Implementation – Owning the standardization, implementation and governance you will work to reduce Remarketing and Inventory Write Offs (IWO) by 30%. 
  • Project Work and Development Requests - You will be responsible for Project Work Requests (PWR), Project Development Requests (PDR), Culls and Reserves processes across Kellogg North America.  Making a real impact on the business you will establish and track category annual PWR slots. You will drive insights through monthly tracking and reporting to senior leadership. Your owner’s mindset will also ensure we are focused and driving company reduction in remarketing and IWO.
  • Develop and Teach – We want you to have vision for tomorrow and a plan to get there.  You will bring your passion for continuous improvement by being responsible for creating and developing onboarding programs and on-going education for all E2E processes.  This position will have one direct report who will assist in developing the E2E process. 
  • Collaborate – This is a great opportunity to work with diverse groups of internal and external customers.  You’ll partner with IWO and Remarketing Leads, report insights, trends and drivers to category and sales leads.






  • Strong Analytical background
  • Extensive organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient Computer Skills in Windows, Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have the ability to work in conditions that include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints 
  • Ability to lead, align, manage and resolve conflict, and work in an ever changing environment


Bonus Points:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related field
  • Experience working with a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company
  • Experience in creating and driving processes across multiple groups
