Title:  Student Support - Intergrated Business Planning

As a Student Support on the integrated Business Planning Team, you will be performing a mixture of administrative duties and ongoing project support work. Intrigued yet? Because it only gets better! This position will be hybrid – part remote, part in our Global HQ offices in Battle Creek, Michigan. Here, you will gain exposure to all of the different areas on the team. Now, let’s achieve something great together!

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Enjoy Data? So Do We - You will have the chance to compile and analyze Kellogg and customer logistics data in order to drive results. In your role, you will also gain exposure into demand planning forecasting, Tableau and building out data visualizations.

 

  • Owner’s Mindset - A key part to the success of this role is to be able to manage components of projects that involve optimizing the logistics network – get ready to work cross-functionally!

 

  • Playing to Win – In this role, you are trusted to recommend and influence decisions based upon your analytical findings and insights. It’s all in day’s work.

 

  • Continuous Improvement – Finally, you will be working to track and report key performance indicators against established metrics. The end goal is to determine overall

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

Required:

 

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or another related field at an accredited institution
  • Ability to work part-time during the school year for 15-25 hours per week (during business hours)
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale
  • Ability to demonstrate effective, professional written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
