Title:  Student Support - Sales Planning

Description: 

As a Student Support for the Sales Planning, Center of Excellence Team, you will be a key resource to supporting our trade system processes, as well as supporting the Retail Trade Agreement process and providing compliance communications and organization support. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for learning – we want to bring out the tiger in you!

 

You will be working remotely and onsite with our team based out of our Kellogg Headquarters in Battle Creek, MI. Now, let’s achieve something great together!

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Enjoy Data? So Do We - You will have the chance to compile and analyze data to drive results. In your role, you will gain exposure to SAP Planning Systems and BW Reporting and contribute to driving data accuracy.

 

  • Owners Mindset – You’ll assist with compiling data from training session attendance, as well as survey results, to share out with management for and aid our team in determining content for future sessions.

 

  • Set the Pace - You’ll monitor the system for certain planning errors and provide resolution, communicate daily with our Account Executives and Sales Planning Analysts to share promotion discrepancies requiring maintenance, and provide various weekly and monthly reports to various audiences.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

Required:

 

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field at an accredited University
  • Junior or Senior status
  • Ability to work part time during the school year for 15-20 hours per week (during business hours)
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong formal and informal communication skill

 

Bonus Points:

  • Previous internship experience
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
