Title:  Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

Do you have a passion to lead teams and inspire employee’s creativity to accomplish day to day goals? Join us at our Blue Anchor plant, located in Hammonton, NJ as a Maintenance Supervisor!  In this role you’ll collaborate with skilled tradesmen and other leaders across the plant in identifying and delivering maintenance programs and processes essential to our plant operations. You will oversee the daily activity and development of multiple technicians, while identifying opportunities to more efficiently produce great food at a low cost. to solve mechanical and electrical problems, as well as execute on continuous improvement initiatives!   This position works from 7 pm - 7 am.  This facility is a 24/7 operation.

Blue Anchor is one of Kellogg’s five Frozen Foods plants and our team takes pride in every “L’Eggo My Eggo” product we make. From our union facility in South Jersey, we use our “K-Values” to guide our actions. • Set the Pace - Establishing work plans that support and improve plant equipment reliability 
• Drive Change - Incorporating a culture of inclusion and continuity within all departments through Continuous Improvement 
• Strategize to Win - Directing, training and developing maintenance team members in their area of expertise  
• Drive Efficiency - Using problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate maintenance issues 
• Impact Results - Identifying opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principals 
• Take a New Angle - Identifying, implementing, and documenting maintenance and reliability best practices 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS 

• High School Diploma/GED and related work experience 
• Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP 
• Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve 
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization 
• Ability to work an off shift
