Title:  Maintenance Reliability Operations Analyst

Description: 

As a Maintenance Reliability Operations Analyst, you’ll be directing MRO storage procedures and leading inventory control of spare parts! You’ll also be reporting parts analysis, managing the procurement of maintenance parts, and ensuring that the MRO remains safe and well organized! We want you to take a new approach on what otherwise might be status quo. If you are an outside-the-box thinker and love to take an active role in positive change, you’ll fit right in!  This position works 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  The hourly wage is $30.30.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Thinking Long Term – Develop, plan and execute Kellogg Work Systems processes in order to improve equipment and system reliability within our incredible Blue Anchor plant. Your insights and imagination will shape tomorrow!
  • Using Tools for Success – Participate in the business planning and budgeting process. You’ll develop short- and long-term cost containment and reduction strategies, while delivering cost savings within the business unit.
  • Empowering Efficiency – Determine and drive best practices in equipment reliability and total cost of ownership. You’ll take particular care to provide technical support for proactive maintenance.
  • Strategizing to Win – Drive key performance indicators related to improved costs, OEE and service. You’ll make things happen by setting clear goals and measuring progress along the way.
  • Tracking Data – Analyze data on equipment failures to improve our operations. You’ll update equipment maintenance plans following data review. Using your eye for numbers and problem-solving, you’ll improve our processes one day at a time.

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

  • HS Diploma/GED with 1 - 3 years’ experience in a maintenance department
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply information from technical manuals and other reference materials.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
