As a Retail Execution Coordinator – Customer Development at Kellogg, you’ll have the opportunity to make yourself known in the world of mass consumption, with commercial responsibility and at the point of sale, you will be the one who executes the great Marketing ideas on the sales floor.





  • Develop strategic and tactical proposals to stimulate the sell out, based on trend analysis, competition activities and own promotional activities.
  • Develop the visibility and supply of regional clients of the modern and traditional channel through the negotiation of agreements proposed by Customer Marketing.Identificación de oportunidades del negocio a través de la interpretación de insights de Nielsen para maximizar: SOM, SOE y SOS de nuestras categorías.
  • Maximize the numerical distribution of our products through the growth of our shelf space, negotiating preferred and disruptive positions and achieving additional incremental exhibitions outside our shelves.
  • High capacity for analysis and planning through KPI's of Sell Out and Effectiveness by category by region.
  • Work on the construction of a panel adjusted to the visit, route and time frequency in the visit of the marketing and promotion staff in our principal client: Grupo Casino





• Professional graduated in the following areas: Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Communication, International Trade

• Basic understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques

• Self-motivated and results-oriented

• Problem solving skills

• Advanced English Proficiency

• Experience in the commercial area or trade marketing of at least 1 year

• Know how to drive and have an A2 license
