Our colleagues in the Project Management and Continuous Improvement team are looking for a new Continuous Improvement Automation Analyst.

 

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Automation Analyst to join our team in Bucharest that will support the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple geographies and functions within GBS Organization.  
Responsibilities:
•    Partners with Operations to discover, test and implement technical solutions that have potential to deliver value across multiple processes.
•    Consults with Operations to understand bottlenecks and opportunities in order to recommend process improvement and automation solutions.
•    Develops rapid automation solutions for initiatives logged in the GBS Project Submission Portal or assigned offline.
•    Ensures that automations developed are properly documented and compliant with IT Security requirements.
•    Participates in workshops , kaizen events, meetings and offers specialized support on specific process challenges.
•    Acts as tech scout and perform industry research on best practices and applications.
•    Ensures that there is cohesive use and distribution of information of the systems and tools available.  

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
•    Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Analytics (Preferred) 
•    Minimum 3 years experience in a global dynamic environment.  
•    Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and rapid automation solutions.
•    Good understanding of continuous improvement concepts (including Lean and Six Sigma) (Preferred)
•    Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA)
•    Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (Power Platform: SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI etc.) 
•    Knowledge of SAP, Tableau, Celonis (Preferred)
•    Good English and Romanian communication skills.
