Our colleagues in the HR Generalist Team are looking for a new colleague to join as Human Resources Generalist Advisor, German Spaker.
HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Provides first level HR generalist advice, guidance and support to HR and the business in all employee matters in accordance with Kellogg requirements.
- May own one or several regional HR processes, and may acts as a coach for other GBS generalists on those processes
- Escalates case files to the GBS HR Specialists if exceptions to policy or special treatment is needed and reports any outstanding HR process issue to the GBS HR Generalist Lead
- Supports On-boarding and Learning & Development through maintaining the training calendar, organizing logistics, including identifying trainers and attendees.
- Supports leave and absence processes for the specific locations
- Advices Kellogg employees and hiring managers on accurate and timely execution of life events, status changes transactions in the system, particularly in relation to onboarding, system hiring, changes, leave of absence management, exit management or retirement;
- Provides feedback to ensure that Success Factors Employee Central is maintained and updated by extracting all relevant SF reports as per the relevant need
- Ensures that the GBS HR procedures are updated with information on new HR products, practices, legislation, and regulations – for the GBS and HR teams as well as for employees and managers
- Manages day-to-day benefits vendors activities (e.g., addressing issues, providing data, following up on actions needed, invoice checks)
- Issues relevant documentation for employees and managers: contracts, addendums, exit letters, leave management specific documentation, work certificates, enrolment forms and others;
- Manages day to day Benefit Administration activities: enrolment, changes and cancellation. Collaborates with Benefits Lead in Europe for legislative updates and internal analysis on optional and compulsory scheme implementation;
- Manages communications with authorities as per local legal requirements in case of work accidents;
- Provides input for HR processes and documentation to Authorities and Internal or External Auditors
- Supports the promotion of standardized processes across business units and ensures that agreed SLAs are met.
- Supports the monitoring of customer satisfaction and identifies where problems exist/improvements can be made
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field
- First work experience in general HR administration with an understanding of European HR practices and polices
- English language proficiency and German language (B2 level)
- Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player
- Ability to work and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience working to service level agreements in a customer driven environment
- Experience with HR Software, in particular SuccessFactors, and case management tools, e.g. Enwisen
