Title:  Hire to Retire Delivery Lead

Our colleagues in the HIRE TO RETIRE team are looking for a new Hire-to-Retire Lead in Bucharest.

The Delivery Lead is responsible for the delivery of region specific HTR processes for the European region.The Lead defines and delivers key operating metrics that support the organization needs. Manages and develops the KEU Region Center HTR teams. Identifies and delivers efficiency and effectiveness benefits to the organization. Creates and maintains a high performing team and culture; nurturing diverse innovative ways of working; ensure the team demonstrates the Kellogg Values and HR capabilities and competencies.

•    In consultation with the Global Process Owner,  and global delivery lead, identify and set critical delivery metrics aligned with stakeholders.
•    Ensure region HTR teams deliver against service commitments 
•    In consultation with GPO, global HTR delivery lead, business and operaitonal teams; 
•    Identify, prioritize and deliver process improvements, ensuring they support organizaitonal outcomes and business results
•    Create a high performing culture that rewards results and invites innovative thinking
•    Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with partners and stakeholders 
•    Benchmark with other regions for best practices 
•    Ensure development of team members - and represent in appropriate People Development Committee's.
•    Manage budget of HTR Region Center team

•    Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field 
•    Must have strong change management capability to lead organization through transformation changes
•    Must have broad influencing skills
•    Ability to work on multiple projects with changing priorities 
•    Change management capability to lead the organization through transformation changes
•    Outstanding customer focus and ability to build positive relationships is required
•    Strong business acumen
•    Strong European HR technical knowledge
•    Previous HR business partnering experience strongly desired
•    English language proficiency

•    Experience at large multi-national consumer packaged goods company    
•    Experience with HR Software, in particular SuccessFactors and case management tools
