MOBILITY ANALYST

Our colleagues in the GBS Global Mobility team are looking for a new Mobility Analyst.

In this exciting role within  Kelloggyou will be managing the end-to-end Global Mobility processes following the relevant policies and procedures across the globe in close partnership with Total Reward COE.

 

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Acts decisively and engage effectively with all key stakeholders in Global Mobility processes
  • Partners effectively with internal and external stakeholders as required, to deliver a timely, accurate and effective service to customers
  • Collaborates with vendors to secure timely reporting of relevant information and indicators, enabling internal reporting to regional stakeholders (volumes, costs, exceptions)
  • Supports Global Mobility team through the allocation of incoming correspondence to enable immediate acknowledgement of customer requests 
  • Contributes to developing and implementing relevant company reports related to global mobility, which enable analysis and trend identification for management decisions.
  • Monitors changes in the lifecycle of expatriate population and secures recording of changes to enable accurate reporting for other internal processes e.g., talent management, succession planning etc.
  • Maps processes to enable visualization of discrete process steps and easy understanding of tasks by Global Mobility advisors.
  • Maintains policies change log to secure timely inclusion of management decisions in the policies and secures maintenance of the source of information for the team (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Contributes to the communication of the updates & changes to the mobility policies to the relevant stakeholders (employees, human resources colleagues etc).


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Graduate or internship experiences
  • Language skills - Fluent English (Required)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Understanding of global mobility principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
