Title: Payroll Finance Associate

Our colleagues in the Finance teams are looking for a new Payroll Finance Associate.
HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Work with local payroll providers to prepare and post accurate payroll actuals and accruals in line with accounting standards.
- Liaise with HRSS and payroll providers to resolve any queries on the payroll bookings on a timely basis
- Prepare and review payroll balance sheet accounts in Cadency within the required deadlines, reconcile payroll P&L accounts to payroll files, reconcile PAYE and local returns to general ledger and identify and resolve issues with HR support
- Ensure that management reports are issued to local market finance / cost centre contacts on a timely basis and that queries are followed up in a timely manner
- Prepare the UK / KETL / ROI allocation of pension balances based on the Pension Square Up provided by Pensions Manager / HRSS
- Assist with preparation of audit files for external audits of markets and assist with audit queries during external audits of markets
- Abiding by Kellogg Corporate Accounting Policy and ensuring that all transactions conform with statutory, fiscal and corporate legislation requirements including S404 and Roupee, in addition to internal standards such as full and detailed version controlled Process Documentation. Review all processes regularly to ensure that there are effective controls in place to minimize risk to the business results
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, or related field
- Language skills- English (Required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
