Title:  Senior HR Business Partner

Working closely with the Regional Delivery Partner you will have a pivotal role in shaping our People and talent agenda for the future growth and development of our centre. You will partner across our centre with our operational leaders, partner closely with our European HR leaders, business stakeholders, as well as the overall Global GBS leadership community.  The role will drive and enhance our Employee Value Proposition including ED&I.


  • Drive consistency of approach across the GBS in attracting, managing and developing talent to support current and future organisational needs.
  • Become a Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador by designing and implementing plans to achieve our goals.
  • Use data and analytics to drive insights and actions
  • Drive our talent management & succession planning strategy focused on attraction, development and retention.
  • Establish strong credible relationships with business leaders and people managers, recognising and tackling business issues, assessing potential HR requirements and implementing appropriate solutions to address these.
  • Coach Leaders, Managers and Teams to ensure leadership behaviour is aligned to the Kellogg values & our Growth Competencies and enables people managers to have the right conversations with their teams to drive employee engagement and performance.
  • Maintain a clear understanding and providing up to date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates; developing HR policies in line with current legislation and keeping abreast of modern HR procedures and best practice.
  • Be a change agent for the business, challenging the status quo, leading and supporting change and organisational transitions.



  • Solid experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager, plus a sound understanding of European HR strategies, practices and polices including Change Management, Organisational Effectiveness, Culture and Employee Engagement.
  • Proven track of record in Employee Value Proposition – defining and implementing
  • Strategic thinking, strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Courage and the ability to challenge the status quo to continuously improve
  • Excellent working knowledge of Romanian employment law and HR best practice.
  • Strong understanding and experience in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
