Our European Talent Acquisition team is looking for a hybrid Talent Acquisition Lead who is ready to make a difference.  You’ll report to the European Talent Acquisition Manager who leads all TA efforts and programmes across Europe, alongside collaboration with our Global Talent Acquisition team. You’ll also have the opportunity to focus on great relationships, both with the business and candidates, in order to drive quality and speed in hiring across the team, whilst developing your own team of recruiters.

 

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

 

You’ll be responsible for the Recruitment Partnership within your markets, the leader for open recruitment with a hands-on approach, whilst leading a team of recruiters. On our team you will feel empowered to bring your own ideas to the table and you will have the ability to turn data into insights, into actions.

 

You’ll also:

  • Lead and develop a team of Recruiters
  • Partner with key Business and HR stakeholders, bringing a ‘consultant’ approach to enable you to advise accordingly
  • Direct Sourcing will be a key part of your role
  • Fulfil Recruitment needs for the business whilst proactively pipelining for future roles, using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM
  • Working together with the broader TA team on sharing diverse, mobile talent across markets to support our ED&I agenda – ‘One team mindset’
  • Lead on complex/confidential hiring requests and adapt your strategy depending on the business needs
  • Lead/Support Capability/Experience/Continuous improvement Talent Acquisition projects (local market/European/Global)

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

 

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Human Resources, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

 

  • Experience leading a recruiting team
  • Solid working knowledge of Recruitment, specifically around direct sourcing, and pipelining - ideally with a European scope.
  • Extensive Experience as a Recruiter/Recruitment Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of how to gain market data insights to support your recruitment strategy
  • Strategic thinker
  • Drives Results and demonstrates a ‘think outside the box’ mindset
  • Problem solver and strong team player
  • Strong stakeholder engagement: ability to collaborate and work well with others, ideally across countries in Europe
  • English language proficiency
