Title:  Talent Acquisition Process and Analytics Lead


Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a new Process and Analytics Lead.


In this role you will manage TA operational initiatives and drive consistency and excellence in the team’s delivery across Europe. This will include leading our coordinator team that executes critical tasks as we attract, recruit, select and onboard diverse talent to support our business demands.  In addition, you will be engaged in capturing our data and analytics story leveraging TA insights that we’ll utilise to continuously improve our results.

As part of the European Talent Acquisition team, you’ll also be presented with the opportunity to focus on forming great relationships with the business, in order to drive quality and speed in hiring. You will report into the European Talent Acquisition Manager.





In this role you will be responsible for our Recruitment Processes and operations. 

You’ll be the leader for our coordinating team who will partner with our Recruiters and work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure we stay compliant within our processes, drive continuous improvement with a focus on data and analytics.

  • Together with the European Talent Acquisition Manager, ensure talent acquisition processes are consist across Europe.
  • Manage a team of coordinators, support the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly alongside our Recruiters
  • Report on talent acquisition monthly indicators, service level agreements, analysing results and provide insights and ideas for improvement
  • Lead your team on operational needs i.e., Audits, Recruitment guides and ongoing updates, PO and vendor management etc.
  • Work closely on reporting and analytics to help us tell our Talent Acquisition story by generating dashboards that will enable us to analyse how to best create the future of recruitment
  • Participate or lead related regional and/or global Talent Acquisition projects
  • Support and partner with the team in the upskilling and coaching of managers on talent acquisition topics and the roll out of key trainings within TA team and the business                       
  • Help to build team members skills and capabilities through learning opportunities such as training courses and on-the-job training; strive to be a process champion or expert for the end-to-end HR process
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to make the processes more effective; assisting with ad hoc projects when needed
  • Working with the broader TA team to drive our ED&I agenda – ‘One team mindset’




  • Knowledge of Recruitment processes, how to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and storytelling using data.

  • Experience supervising/managing a process/operations related team
  • Strategic thinker

  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to collaborate well with others
  • English language proficiency
