Title:  Truck Driver

Description: 

 

As a Truck Driver in Cary, NC, you’ll use your top-notch warehouse and distribution skills to manage the warehouse. Working as a fundamental member of the logistics team, you will be a key partner to Operations, Quality Food Safety and Environmental Health and Safety personnel. We are looking for a passionate team player who loves solving problems and is eager to help shape a strong future for our company and their career. 

 

 HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Setting the Pace - Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere to increase efficiencies. Working closely with the Operations Shift Supervisor, Quality Food Safety and Environmental Health & Safety personnel. 
  • Always Accountable  Maintaining a strong safety focus while looking out for the well-being of fellow co-workers.  Delivering exceptional customer service by effective communication between co-workers and management. 
  • Making things Happen  – You will engage in various responsibilities
  • Shift Availability: This a night shift position. Shift times may vary. 

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Experience working in a Yard moving trailers
  • Ability to meet all of our identified driving requirements, e.g. moving trailers
  • Must have a valid CDL-A
  • Previous Warehouse/Forklift Operator experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to use basic math and interpret schedules, charts, diagrams, and reports
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, Ability to operate pallet jacks and powered industrial jacks (electrical Jacks) and work a rotational shift pattern, including some night shifts
