Title:  Senior Associate Brand Manager



As a Senior Associate Brand Manager, you will use cutting-edge marketing strategies and tactics to drive growth and generate excitement for our iconic cracker brands, such as Town House, Toasteds and Carr’s!  As a team player and critical thinker, you will lead the base business of one of our cracker brands, analyzing business performance, developing and tracking marketing activations, and igniting sales and share growth.   This role takes part in Locate for Your Day, Kellogg’s hybrid way of working that empowers office-based employees across various functions. Located in Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI.

  • Collaborating for Results – Serve as a trusted and capable strategic partner, working with cross-functional counterparts such as finance, research and development, supply chain and sales to deliver against brand sales targets. 
  • Driving Innovation  – In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help develop Kellogg Company’s brand and innovation strategies. Show us that you’re a creative thinker and dedicated go-getter! You will partner with brand managers and senior brand managers to drive ideas from inception to commercial launch, including new products, packaging, public relations, media and creative agency management. 
  • Managing Key Projects –– Learn and execute winning brand strategies with your cross-functional teammates. You will put your project management skills to use as you balance multiple projects with the help of your business partners. Stretch yourself as you learn from the best in brand management at Kellogg Company!




  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies
  • Experience with analytics, positioning, brand development, innovation and project leadership
  • Brand marketing experience
  • Background in consumer packaged goods
