Title:  Senior Manager, eCommerce Platform

  • Account Development – As a Senior Manager, E-Commerce you will take ownership of your business by leading the development and execution of commercial business plans that mutually deliver against customer and sales objectives. Providing a customer-centered culture you will strive to exceed customer needs, requirements, and expectations.
  • Strategic Partnerships – Collaborating with the Business Planning Team and Sales Finance you will work to deliver on quarterly Gross Sales Volume, Net Sales Volume & Trade commitments. This position works closely with Marketing to understand trends and consumer preferences and provide channel strategy direction.
  • Analytics – Knowing your business will be imperative in driving sales growth. Providing analytical guidance to the team around channel trends, trade investment and other sales metrics will be key to your success.
  • Budget Management – You will be responsible for ensuring that controls are in place to maintain sound fiscal operation with respect to budgets, digital shopper marketing funding and overhead spending.


  • Significant CPG industry sales, marketing or strategy experience with a manufacturer or retailer.
  • Experience with customer negotiations at management levels.
  • Experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals and audiences in both written and verbal methods.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and in leading peers and key project groups. Position requires a highly creative, collaborative, and persuasive style.
  • Above average proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
  • Prior exposure and/or experience with eCommerce.
  • Previous exposure and / or experience with Click and Collect and / or Direct to Consumer Business.
  • Experience with digital marketing and media planning.
