Title:  Training Resource II


Do you have a passion for developing and a vision for designing, implementing and facilitating training programs? Do you also have an attention to details and the passion for the, “behind the scenes stuff?”  As a Plant Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Cincinnati Plant with driving training initiatives and identifying suitable training solutions.  You will also have the opportunity to partner with Human Resources and Operations, as you manage training.

  • Managing workload and documents - Coordination of plant training events and updating and maintaining training documentation, records and reporting. Assisting in design Training Strategy for Plants in relation to skill and competencies required
  • Owning Human Resources function/communication - Interfacing and liaising with Plant HR Staff and Operations. Designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs and materials. Assisting in driving manager and employee engagement and adoption of HR technology, service delivery model and programs





  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience 
  • Experience in Business, Human Resources or related field and/or HR manufacturing experience
  • Substantial Training and Development experience
  • Experience developing training programs/materials
  • Familiarity with Crewing Programs with the ability and willingness to learn
  • May be required to work evening and early morning hours to support 24 hour operation.
  • Proven strong ability to work independently and execute written instructions and/or procedures
  • General knowledge of food industry and manufacturing practices
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
