Title:  Trade Marketing Manager Gulf

As a Market Unit Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all categories across Gulf countries. This role will be focused on the planning, execution and post evaluation of trade, customer and shopper marketing plans by country by channel and driving availability & visibility. You will also be responsible for achieving Market Unit P&L via driving NSV and improving margins.



  • Understanding country and category dynamics, shoppers, trade and retailers to grow Kellogg business in the related country
  • Planning trade promotions and approving TA together with MDM
  • Collecting trade spent actuals from DSRs (end of each month) and reviewing with CTMM and MDM
  • Deploying activations to DSRs
  • Developing the trade plans for activations/innovations/re-launches together with MDMs & DSR, and approving its sufficiency with respective Category Trade marketing Manager
  • Post activity evaluation on country / customer level
  • Differentiating customers and channels by implementing tailor made solutions considering shopper profile (if needed)
  • Driving Perfect Store program in country, DSR, customer level; analyzing the audit results and coming up with plans to improve availability and visibility together with MDM
  • Analyzing distribution gaps in traditional trade and working on plans to increase WD/ND together with MDM for all categories
  • Developing planograms as per Category Trade marketing Manager guidance by country by channel and following up the execution
  • POSM production (if POSM produced by distributor in respective country)
  • PO/GR/ GRID INPUT (Owned activities)
  • Demand Review (on initiatives)



  • 5-9 years’ Trade Marketing / Sales experience
  • FMCG, preferably Multinational background
  • Experience in activation planning, execution, and implementation
  • Experience with promotion planning, trade fund management, and trade drives
