HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Business partner with our European VP for Supply Chain and his extended team, providing best in class communications advice and leveraging key internal channels to maximise Supply Chain share of voice.
  • Serve as communications counsel for a variety of senior Supply Chain leaders, helping them to both diagnose communication needs & brainstorm possible solutions.
    Work with lead team to evolve the Supply Chain narrative and brand so that it is directional, conveys ambition and is future relevant.
  • Develop the annual Supply Chain communications calendar.
  • Develop inspiring content that creatively tells the Kellogg Europe Supply Chain story - includes delivery of events, speech preparation, presentation development, development of video, infographics, digi-letter, intranet and social copy working with graphic designer / animator / videographer as appropriate.
  • Develop effective metrics to track communication outcomes.
  • Keep abreast of trends and developments in Internal Communications / Culture / Employee Engagement and brings ideas and findings to bear on own work.
  • Play an active role in broader Corporate Affairs team, helping to drive continuous improvement and shape the future of the function.

 

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • We are seeking a dynamic and creative Internal Communications Manager, who has a minimum of 10 years’ practical experience and a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
  • 10+ years experience working in progressively Senior Internal Communications roles.
  • Prior experience supporting a senior leader in a Supply Chain or Operations environment preferred.
  • An ideas person and big picture thinker, with strong creative flair.
  • Courageous, with an ability to challenge and influence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to partner with & drive value for a variety of complex stakeholders.
  • Completer/finisher – can lead projects from inception to delivery, working with stakeholders from across the business along the way.
  • Curious, with a big appetite to keep learning – proven track record of self-development.
  • Proficient in Office 365 suite, comfortable collaborating on Microsoft Teams.
  • This is a full-time position. Our range of flexible working options (Locate for Your Day, Flexi Time, Summer Hours) mean you can enjoy a great mix of time together with the team in our new office at Dublin Airport Central and some time working from home.
  • The role is currently vacant, so we are particularly interested in those that can start with us immediately / in the very near term.
