Our colleagues in the Procurement Team are looking for a new Procurement Technology Manager.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Regional Procurement Technology Contact – Enabling procurement initiatives through digitization and sharing of best practices. Point of escalation for procurement technology platforms.
  • Procurement & IT Strategy – Collaborate with Global Procurement Knowledge Centre and IT to support, drive and enable Procurement Digital Strategy and Enterprise IT Strategy in addition to driving the regional Procurement technology requirements.
  • Process/Procedure Improvement – Identify business needs and leverage technology and applications to design projects to streamline, standardize, and automate, driving compliance (to Global Procurement Policy and standard work) and process improvement initiatives for increased efficiency and/or effectiveness. Communicate and collaborate with Global Procurement Knowledge Centre team to drive scale and consistency. 
  • Systems implementation and sustainment - Lead the implementation execution of new IT systems/upgrades or tools Procurement.  Perform system testing; participate in UAT of new or improved functionality. Oversee the creation and implementation of Procurement IT communications and trainings.
  • Systems permission and access - Maintain systems permissions and persona management of Procurement Digital Suite, ensuring compliance.
  • Analytics/Insight capabilities development – lead and execute global analytics strategy for the region, developing visualization/dashboarding suite.

 

Your Recipe for Success

  • Working Knowledge of Full Office 365 Stack  (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and SharePoint)
  • End-to-end SAP ERP understanding (focus:  MM – Materials Mgt; bonus:  FI)
  • Strong Understanding of Supply Chain & Procurement Business Processes
  • Project Management and Change Management
  • Ability to engage, impact and influence senior stakeholders
  • Self-starter / nimble learner
  • Problem solver/business partner (to both Procurement & IT)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, minor in Computer Information Systems
  • Project Management Certification (not essential)
  • Six Sigma Knowledge/Understanding
