Title: HR Category Business Partner
A fantastic opportunity to join the Category HR Team in Dublin is now available. Reporting to the HR Director of category, this role offers you the opportunity to develop and implement HR strategies and programs in line with the business strategy. A proactive and strategic business partner to the category teams it supports to provide direction and leadership in a value adding, impactful and collaborative way.
Here's a taste of what you’ll be doing!
- Partner with the HRD in driving the talent and capability agenda by leading on various projects such as the Early Career Development Centre, Career events, Diversity & Inclusion events, and other initiatives as part of our European ‘Big Bet’ goals.
- Partner with the business to lead the development and delivery of team development programs by using tools such as MBTI, Lencioni and high performing team’s toolkit.
- Coach business leaders through the Talent Review process by managing talent review and PDC meetings.
- Lead the annual Performance Management cycle in collaboration with business leaders by managing and running calibration meetings, coaching leaders through the process, challenging our distribution and providing advice on specific cases.
- Coach Managers and teams to ensure leadership behaviour is aligned to the K values; enabling people managers to deal successfully with all people.
- management issues, develop their capability in effective performance management and employee engagement.
- Work in collaboration with the Reward COE in the development and delivery of benefits, reward and recognition schemes and salary review.
- Partner with the Talent COE in the delivery of HR initiatives to the designated business area such as Talent Management, PMP, career succession and management, managing recruiting exceptions.
- Establish strong credible relationships with business leaders and people managers, recognizing and tackling business issues, assessing potential HR requirements, and implementing appropriate solutions to address these.
- Provides business unit expertise and share local projects with other HR colleagues across Europe.
- Identify capability needs/requirements of the business.
Your recipe for success:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience of working in strategic business facing HR roles and program delivery with a sound understanding of European HR strategies, practices and polices including Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Culture and Engagement
- Good working knowledge of domestic employment law and HR best practice
- Strong team development experience
- Strategic thinking person who is flexible, problem-solving approach and strong collaboration skills
- English language proficiency
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
