Title:  Manager People Analytics Europe

Our colleagues in the Global People Analytics team are looking for a new  Manager People Analytics Europe to join the team in Dublin.

With curiosity and passion for results, strong analytical skills and the ability to translate people challenges into data/analytical questions and vice versa, the incumbent will consult business leaders and HR teams in making better, faster, data-driven and insight-led workforce decisions and drive a high-performance organization. 
The Manager People Analytics is the regional lead for People Analytics in Europe, an individual contributor who works with a global team of experienced reporting & analytics experts. 
The incumbent is vital to the development and regional execution of Kellogg’s global HR people analytics strategy (both short and long term) and plans. 
The incumbent of this role will partner with senior HR and business leaders to identify specific analytics, reporting and data visualization needs and uses state-of-the-art methods and solutions that enable data-insights driven decision making in HR.



•    Partner closely with senior HR and business leaders in the region to understand their business challenges and develop appropriate analytics, reporting and visualization solutions that lead to insights and help identify the actions that will address them
•    Provide thought leadership within the HR function to leverage data for decision making within HR and more broadly across the enterprise
•    Proactively advises HR & business leaders with an analytics/data approach on opportunities and potential areas of impact; partner with other enterprise analytics functions/CoEs to increase overall analytics impact
•    Leads analytics projects, works on analytics requests and supports reporting requests aligned to the strategy and plans
•    Contributes to the evolution of people analytic strategies and advances Kellogg’s people analytics maturity through capability building, change management and active embedding (e.g., driving real-time decision making and impactful predictions/forecasts)
•    Provides people analytics expert knowledge including expertise on technology platforms, solutions, approaches, and data warehousing that are required to meet the needs of the business for better, faster data-based insights. 
•    Stays on top of external trends. Actively critiques and improves our approach to reporting & analytics through a robust continuous improvement process focused on evaluating and enhancing the efficacy of existing metrics as well as bench marking best in class external standards
•    Establish strong partnerships with HR CoEs including Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to ensure aligned functional reporting & analytics strategies and collaboration
•    Partner with IT and GBS to identify and provide comprehensive solutions and play a role in the governance of data, reporting, and analytics 
•    Partners with global People Analytics team members to develop global solutions that can be scaled across regions. Activates global programs and initiatives and inputs to global strategy and roadmap.



•    Experience in working with people data to generate meaningful insights (backward and forward looking) for leaders and decision makers (including working with big data, integrated business data, global data and third-party data.  
•    Demonstrated ability to consult with senior leaders, tell a story through data and drive action from people data insights. 
•    Strong business acumen and understanding of HR practices, work ethic and results driven.  Delivers against commitments, is a trusted partner and highly accountable. 
•    Able to define strategy and deal effectively with strategic issues, while also bringing the strategy to life through strong project management skills and the ability to get results through both self and others.
•    Excellent relationship building, interpersonal and influence skills with clients and colleagues. Anticipate the needs of stakeholders and ask the right questions.
•    Strong skills in data science (R, Python etc.) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.) with an ability to translate findings for a general business audience
•    Experience working globally, with demonstrated success collaborating across cultures and geographies
•    Excellent judgment in dealing with sensitive materials, confidential information and urgent issues.
•    Highly innovative and creative yet create effective processes that can move an organization forward. Mission-driven individual.


Preffered Criteria

•    Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, , Business Administration or equivalent
•    Complementary background in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics highly preferred
•    Experience in other areas of HR, particularly in Business-Facing HR and/or other areas likeTalent, EX and Reward
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills including multicultural awareness and written/oral presentation skills
•    Drive for results, resilience and business acumen
•    Demonstrated success leading project teams in a highly matrixed organization
•    Experience in a large consumer goods company would be an asset
•    Work proficiency in English is a prerequisite
