Title:  Lead IT Integrations Architect

Description: 

As the Lead IT Integrations Architect, you will be a key enabler of our Digital Transformation and all of Kellogg Company’s “Deploy for Growth” initiatives, you will be a key member of the global integration team and be responsible for providing the key building blocks to expose our core data assets, via our IT middleware platform/technologies, and enable Re-use, Agility, and Decreased Delivery Time through a Globally Connected Integrations Platform.

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Architecture Strategy and Roadmap: You’ll partner with cross functional teams to identify opportunities and support the development of new sustainable best practice approaches. As Lead Architect, you’ll provide subject matter expertise for integration solutions and ensure that any tools or technologies work as an integrated whole and align with direction, best practices, and standards defined within Kellogg.
  • Design and Delivery: You’ll function as the primary point of contact for any relevant integration technical consultation required by IT Delivery teams. The Architect will evaluate and approve technical design specifications, implement solutions and support them all the way during the lifecycle of a project/PoC/initiative, ensure effective handover to support teams, and serving as a go-to Subject Matter Expert for our customers.
  • Collaborating with various teams/regions in driving automation of development and operational processes (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment), leveraging the Kellogg Integrations technologies (IBM B2Bi, Cleo Harmony, MuleSoft, Boomi), Manage and Measure KPIs
  • Inculcate the DevOps mindset, work with our MSP/Partners, Liaison with Delivery and Support teams to ensure successful outcomes, Ensure Performance and Scalability based on anticipated demand.
  • Develop cost, time and resource estimates and contribute to the overall project plan.
  • Assess customer inputs to differentiate wants from needs, define priorities, recommend options, assess risks, and conduct cost-benefit analysis.

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in successfully implementing medium to large sized projects or IT lead roles
  • Experience in designing processes and reusable technical components (e.g., APIs, Web Services and SOA components, EDI processes, data transformations, error handling, auditing, logging etc.…) and leading development of data transformation processes in Integration platform tools.
  • Experience developing solutions to enable integration between applications (A2A), in a variety of technologies, including B2B Integrator, Cleo Harmony, and/or MuleSoft, while driving process improvements across the EAI/EDI technology platform, and collaborating with IT Operations counterparts to ensure that solutions are well documented and sustainable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams/stakeholders across the regions
  • A passion for using technology to drive value and increase productivity
  • A history of being a self-starter, innovative and creating success in ambiguous situations, driving results through influence and a passion for excellence
