As a Senior Customer Analyst focusing on the Breakfast Business, you will be able to satisfy your appetite for reporting and analytics to uncover unique trends and insights that will help grow the business.  Our Sales team here at Kellogg’s was recently named the Albertsons’ Vendor of the year; We have accomplished this distinct honor by developing a great working atmosphere and teammates who can rely on one another.

 

It is preferred that the ideal candidate will reside in the Denver, CO or Chicago, IL area, however, this will be a remote role and not required.  Kellogg’s has launched a new global hybrid work approach called Locate for Your Day (LFYD).  In partnership with their manager, LFYD empowers our eligible US office-based employees to choose where to work each day.  Built on trust, you and your manager will decide how LFYD works best for you and your team.  This new flexibility is designed to drive culture and performance.  Our recruiting team can fill you in on the exact details for this position. 

 

  

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Analyzing Data – Serve as the team’s primary & analytic resource, evaluating Nielsen data while focusing on our PWS and RTEC categories. We’re looking to you to Snap, Crackle, and Pop to identifying key distribution, pricing and placement opportunities that can grow the business. 
  • Providing Insights – As the expert on our sales metrics, you will work closely with account executives, Acosta, sales directors, and category management to review business trends and provide your input on opportunities to improve profit and gross sales volume.  We want to hear your new ideas! 
  • Maximizing Business Processes – You’ll build reports and tools to aid the sales team’s business understanding.  You’ll track key performance metrics like sales growth and share against key benchmarks, while keeping up with our weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc deliverables.  Our success is shaped by you!
  • Speaking to the Business – Here on the Albertsons Team, we don’t want you to just provide insights, but we want you to articulate them. You will lead monthly calls with AEs and Key Business holders within Albertsons to present findings that will drive the business.

 

 

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in an analytical role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced expertise in Excel and experience building PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
