Title:  Field Sales Representative - Frankfurt (m/f/d)

Our colleagues in the Sales teams are looking for a new Field Sales Representative in Frankfurt.
As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food we’ll be looking at you to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives and enforce key account agreements with customers.  

•    Being responsible for delivering area turnover-, volume-, distribution targets within your region (main area: Frankfurt)

•    Managing regional customer organizations in close contact with the responsible Account Manager
•    Ensuring the achievement of short-, mid- and long-term commercial objectives and KPIs by developing, establishing and securing strong and value adding POS activities that create profitable growth and best-in-class service for our customers
•    Securing and strengthening Kellogg’s preferred supplier status so that the full potential of the German business is exploited at POS level 
•    Enforcing Key Account agreements with customers on store level
•    Executing promotional activities in the stores (i.e. secondary placements, in store events)
•    Influencing our products´ availability by reducing out of stock situations
•    Ensuring an efficient and effective communication with all relevant customers (e.g. advice in all questions relating “Cereal”)
•    Improving distribution and optimization of shelf layout / shelf share
•    Taking part in projects (e.g. further development of the Sales Force team)
•    Manage external partners (e.g. agencies)

•    Commercial Apprenticeship or Bachelor's Degree with focus on Market & Sales or equivalent
•    Proven track record in Sales with snacks focus on Field Sales combined with strong understanding of business in German Trade, retailers and shoppers 
•    Good trade economic and communication/presentation capabilities combined with assertiveness, customer orientation and excellent relationship management
•    Entrepreneurship combined with „hands-on“ mentality
•    High degree of results orientation, focus on delivering quarterly results, organizing to win
•    High flexibility, team worker, self-reliance as well as effective/efficient working-style
•    Fluent German and Solid English skills (A2)
