Title:  Senior Analyst Sales Planning

  • Maximize Business Plans - Partnering with Account Executives you will fully leverage Sales Planning initiatives.  This position is responsible for determining and entering base sales business and working with account managers to enter promotional activity into the Trade Promotional Management (TPM) system. 
  • Analyzing Data – You will evaluate promotions and spend, as well as Profit & Loss key metrics for sales volume and contribution margin. This will also involve analyzing data.
  • Internal Collaboration - Working cross functionally with supply chain, commercial strategy, category management, and finance together you will leverage insights to further optimize the plan on an ongoing basis. 
  • Providing Insights - You’ll be the expert when it comes to Trade Promotion Management and ensuring core planning data is accurate. Keeping the team up to date on monthly calls is key. Our success is shaped by you.
  • Annual Planning – Working closing with the sales team you will develop base and promotional plans keeping in mind optimal mix and considering Gross Sales Volume (GSV), Net Sales Volume (NSV), and Cost of Production (COP).   Are you intrigued yet?






  • Proven efficiency working in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated strong analytical work experience
  • Proven ability to communicate complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels, both in writing and verbally building relationships
  • Ability to proactively taking the leadership on uncovering opportunities within the business
  • Ability to work in conditions which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraint
  • HS Diploma/General Education Diploma


Bonus Points:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous sales and/or analytical experience
  • Technical ability in TPM
  • Strong Excel experience (Pivot, Vlookup)
  • Experience working with Nielsen, Business Warehouse Reporting, SAP
  • Firm understanding of promotional methodology and management




It is preferred that the ideal candidate will reside in the Philadelphia, PA, Charlotte, NC, Cincinnati, OH, Chicago, IL, Battle Creek, MI and Rogers, AR area.  There may be flexibility for individuals in other remote US locations.       


  • A flexible work schedule and the ability to travel 5% of the time.
