Our colleagues in the Field Sales Team are looking for a Reginal Sales Manager.

As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food we’ll be looking at you to  deliver business targets on National Sales / POS Level via developing/managing an effective and efficient Field Force team for a specific region that is maximizing the potential of their customers and executing our category strategies. And to ensure strong collaboration with KAM to co-create national POS targets for defined customer

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
•    Ensuring the achievement of short-, mid- and long-term commercial objectives and KPIs by developing, establishing, managing and securing strong, value adding POS team that is delivering an agile best-in-class service for our customers and to our business
•    To drive effectiveness & efficiency of Field Sales activities via best in class execution per FS.  You will be operations focussed so wont personally be visiting retailers. 
•    To drive profitable growth via excellent team management and utilization 
•    To drive continues improvement of team performance by using KPIs, Reporting’s, Feedback sessions on FSR level
•    Securing and strengthening Kellogg’s preferred supplier status via well-managed Field Force team so that the full potential of the German business is exploited at POS level 
•    Ensuring an efficient and effective communication within regional Team
 (e.g. performance reporting) 
•    To drive motivation and personal development of each team member  
 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

•    Experience in Sales in a FMCG environment and experience in managing direct reports
•    Excellent understanding of German trade environment and KAM ways of working
•    Strong capabilities in fact based decision making via usage of reports and performance tracking 
•    Good trade economic and communication/presentation capabilities combined with assertiveness, customer orientation and excellent relationship management
•    Strong improvement thinking linked with a commercial mind set to transfer strategy into execution
•    Advanced knowledge in volume / sales planning
•    Entrepreneurship combined with „hands-on“ mentality
•    High degree of results orientation, focus on delivering quarterly results, organizing to win
•    High flexibility, team worker, self-reliance as well as effective/efficient working-style
•    Advanced knowledge for CRM tool stay in front (both front and backend)
•    Proven team management skills 
•    Capability to deliver functional upskilling in specific areas
•    Fluent German and English skills
