The HR Business Partner will perform HR daily work tasks for High Growth Markets, improving processes, advising managers, ensuring alignment and compliance with company procedures, and regulations, providing a variety of activities, services and delivering of human resources projects to internal clients. The role will be responsible for our High Growth Markets Business Unit Division (40+ employees based across Nordics, Germany, Greece, Dublin, Poland). 
•    Facilitating and supporting annual people processes:  performance management, succession planning, talent management, development, total rewards, action planning based on company surveys.
•    Building a strong relationship with HGM employees and management, while bringing specialist and generalist knowledge and expertise in multiple HR areas. 
•    Aligning with the managers on project needs, in terms of headcount and capabilities and follow-up on the roadmap.
•    Working closely with COE to advise on country-specific implications. 
•    Providing business unit and local expertise and share local projects with other HR colleagues across Europe as required. 
•    Using and re-enforcing the use of people data, insights and analytics in taking business and people decisions. 
•    Partnering with the broader HR team to advance the EVP work, delivering on initiatives that extend employee satisfaction and tenure. 
•    Cooperating with works council regarding topics for the German population. 
•    Helping to accelerate a high-performing & Make-It-Happen culture. 


•    2- 3 years’ experience in HR at a Generalist / Manager or Business Partner level. 
•    Good working knowledge of German and European employment law and HR best practices.  
•    Previous Experience with Nordic countries & German Work Council is a plus. 
•    Strong communication and influencing skills. 
•    Courage and the ability to challenge the status quo to continuously improve. 
•    Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player/relationship builder. 
•    Excellent facilitation and team development skills. 
•    Being able to manage and prioritise multiple stakeholders.  
•    Fluent English and German.
