After performing the role as Head of Commercial Finance DACH full time for 3 years our employee Valentina Santaniello opens her position for a tandem partner in a job sharing model! Together with Valentina you will be an active member of the DACH leadership team and have responsibility for all Finance activities related to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING WITH YOUR TANDEM PARTNER
- Together with his/her team, partner with the Commercial Execution lead team, providing leadership and guidance to evaluate commercial opportunities and drive top and bottom-line growth while improving cash flow delivery.
- Provides financial leadership during the monthly Sales & Operating Planning process (KSOP). Ensures that robust customer targets are developed to meet country targets within spend budgets while improving ROI.
- Together with his/her team, ensures complete and accurate accounting, stewardship, and controls of all Trade Allowances; responsible for the financial integrity of the local trade promotional management system (K-Tie).
- Provides full visibility on Net Sales and Net Contribution performance, including overhead investment for Actuals and Forecasts, with an adequate suite of management reports, leveraging the European systems. Works closely with the Commercial execution team to limit / mitigate risk and develop / maximise opportunities.
- Consolidates, analyses and challenges customer financials as part of the budgeting and planning processes. Works in close collaboration and alignment with the RGM team in particular to drive accuracy and growth in value.
- Leads finance communication to senior internal stakeholders, e.g. leadership team Europe as well as external stakeholders (e.g. auditors). Ensures proper execution of the local Tax and Statutory requirement, in close collaboration with and support of the European teams.
- Manages, grows and develops his/her team, exhibiting strong talent management capabilities, deploying and leveraging the growth competencies models and leading the team through change.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Educated to degree level in business management studies, major in Finance/Accounting and minimum 8-10 years post-qualification experience.
- Good knowledge of financial processes, including planning and analysis. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Strong understanding of P&L and BS.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills. Requires high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally SAP and BPC Consolidations.
- Great influencing, analytical and leadership skills.
- Proven ability of strong top-management communication
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment, work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and develop relationship at multiple levels.
- Previous experience as people manager.
- Fluent knowledge of English and German.
- Preferably International mobility.
- Ability to work in high collaboration and close trust in tandem.
WORKING IN THE JOB SHARING MODEL
- In tandem, you and your tandem partner act as one unit towards your team, stakeholders and customers. Tasks are not split up, but taken on as a joint responsibility. Working in tandem therefore requires a high degree of collaboration, organization, trust and loyalty.
- This role requires 55-65% working hours in the job sharing model and at least two working days of working full time.
