We’re looking for specialists and passionate minds that are hungry to learn more about our commercial side. We’ll walk you through what it means to work in sales and commercial functions at Kellogg from the role of Field Sales Representative (6 months) to Junior Key Account Manager (1 year) and Revenue Growth Management Junior Manager (1 year).


In the Field Sales Representative role, you will work alongside our senior Field Sales Representatives, covering activities such as ensuring the achievement of short-, mid- and long-term commercial objectives and KPIs by developing, establishing, and securing strong and value adding POS activities that create profitable growth and best-in-class service for our customers. You will be trained on being responsible for delivering area turnover, volume, distribution targets within your region and managing regional customer organizations in close contact with the responsible Key? Account Manager.
In the Junior KAM role you will support the Key Account Managers in analysing consumer/customer data (IRI, SAP, MAPIS, Simit), preparing customer specific materials and prepare regular and specific price calculations. 
In the RGM Junior Manager role, you will take part in portfolio management by defining product mix optimization in line with consumer expectations and Kellogg's targets and develop strategic and tactical promotional planning for DACH – including promotion efficiency, display/secondary placement guidelines, seasonality and mechanic recommendations, volume expectations, trade investment optimization and incremental opportunity assessment.


We’re looking for University Graduates with 1-2 years of experience in the FMCG industry or comparable experience, with a strong interest in developing sales and commercial skills. We’ll bring the snacks and the best-in-class training buddies and you can bring your strategic mindset, passion for commercial roles and knowledge of FMCG. In these roles you will be trained and coached to use and perfect your analytical and reporting skills,  make use of your strategic mind set and understanding of sales and pricing as well as consumer behaviour.
