Title:  Senior Category Development and Revenue Growth Manager DACH (m/f/d)

Our colleagues in the Commercial Strategy teams are looking for a new Senior Category Development & Revenue Growth Manager DACH.

You are in charge of the DACH price-pack-architecture and together with your team will define and execute strategic & tactical pricing initiatives. You are also making sure that product mix and innovation pipeline enable a profitable and sustainable business in Germany/Austria/Switzerland. This includes:

  •  Uncover potential pack-price initiatives via competitive analysis and consumer research incl. simulation of volume expectations, trade investment optimization & incremental opportunity assessment.
  • Uncover potential pack format opportunities via development and implementation of the OBPPC strategy (occasion-brand-pack-price-channel).
  • Shape multi-year portfolio strategy by commercially evaluating potential innovations (pricing recommendation, route to market strategy, rotation assumptions, etc.).
  • Build strategic partnerships within market and towards Central Business Unit Europe including active stakeholder management.
  • Advise market activation team in terms of commercial initiatives on pack and instore activation.
  • Ensure guidelines are executed by account teams and track in market results (net price realization, trade margin pool, price elasticity, etc.).

You will also lead the execution & utilization of RGM tools & capabilities delivered by Tableau and standardized in market reporting.
It will be imperative to build strong business insights in order to drive on-going engagement plans based on clear strategic recommendations at category, brand and customer levels.

- Commercial experience from National / Key Account Management role paired with strong Revenue Growth Management knowledge
- High affinity for analytics and reporting as well as consumer insights
- Displays a high level of cross functional and cultural collaboration and effective partnering for results
- Highly effective communicator. Strong team builder who increases organisational capability.
- Has a passion for delivering results, takes ownership and is accountable
- Thinks strategically, takes a balanced long and short term view in solution formulation
- Sees patterns and connections across multiple data sources & trends, and uses them to find solutions
