Title:  Senior Market Activation Manager Kellogg (M/F/D) - 15 Months Fix Term Contract

Our colleagues in the Marketing team are looking for a new Senior Market Activation Manager Cereals (High Growth Markets) for 15 months Fix Term Contract.
As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food we’ll be looking at you to lead the cereal business planning, strategy development, activation and innovation launches of the portfolio in High Growth markets (Nordics, Baltics, CEE). In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of fully integrated commercial plans for the brands, in line with category strategy and country needs. 

•    Annual Planning Development: lead situational analysis, strategy development and recommending growth plans, aligning growth targets with country teams for innovation and activation building blocks  
•    New product launches: identify the biggest opportunities within the toolboxes, make portfolio choices and develop business cases to drive growth and margin, setting KPIs and tracking market results 
•    Activation: support the deployment of central toolboxes, activation plans and drive local amplification   
•    Business performance: conduct the data collection, analysis, reporting and feedback on the effectiveness, tracking business performance and market performance (monthly reviews), making timely recommendations on course correct plans as well as providing gap closing initiatives
•    Leadership: coaching & managing a team of one direct report making KELLOGG a great place to work.
•    Integrated Business Planning: lead the marketing inputs to monthly forecast demand exchange meetings 
•    Partner effectively with the central Marketing Brand Management teams, RGM teams and external agencies on campaigns, innovation and activations plans. 
•    Have the ability to work across different countries and channels


•    Educated to degree level and a min. of 4 years of marketing experience with excellent track record in ATL / BTL
•    Strategic thinking and good solid commercial experience
•    Disciplined approach to all activities that involve setting goals, predicting outcomes, tracking performance and drawing on learnings for the future
•    High drive for results and owner’s mindset, courage
•    Ability to influence across organisational boundaries
•    Fluent business English (written and verbal)
