As a Quality Analyst you’ll be working in our Kansas City, KS Plant making it a safe, reliable, and productive environment while supporting our production team. Do you enjoy eating Cheez-its?   • Audit Ready - Conduct quality & food safety auditing within shift. Conducting quality instrument calibrations, swabbing and food defense monitoring activities for the plant. Ensuring the facility meets all required quality & food safety laws, regulations, and corporate policies by following direction of the Food Safety Manager.
  • Taking the Lead – Execute mock recalls for food traceability
  • Detail Oriented - Responsible for managing and communicating EMP program protocols, product holds to front-line leaders, testing and dispositioning holds based on results. Responsible for developing procedures, maintaining and compiling required quality food safety documentation as directed.
  • Technical Expertise - Accountable for providing quality & food safety training for the facility as directed to ensure compliance and execution of required programs





  • High School Diploma or GED and related work experience
  • Experience in Quality and Food Safety
  • Skilled at Microsoft Office systems
  • Experience in high-speed manufacturing environment

Bonus Points:

  • BA degree in business management, Chemistry, or equivalent and frequently demonstrated experience in quality and food safety
  • Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated HACCP experience
  • Experience with food manufacturing
