Title:  Kellogg - Part-Time Perimeter Display Specialist - Millbourne, PA


Looking for a flexible, part-time work schedule?  Come join our team as a Kellogg – Part Time Perimeter Display Specialist, supporting our Millbourne, PA territory.  A Perimeter Display Specialist is an entry-level position for Sales, responsible for bringing the best to families by, helping us build, merchandise and maintain our displays while sustaining perfect shelf conditions. Does delivering exceptional customer service and shopper experience make you snap, crackle and pop?! (Territory includes but not limited to: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)

  • Build our Brands – Get inspired and think outside the box to build and fill perimeter displays in our stores. You are our connector from store to consumer! We want your retail expertise to ensure proper rotation, placement, and facing of our products in order to catch the attention of our customers.
  • Up and At ‘Em – Time to shake and bake! Grab your comfy shoes, because building our displays with excellence requires physical activity and some occasional heavy lifting. 
  • Establishing Gr-r-reat Relationships – We want your friendly demeanor to make our consumers feel at home, foster relationships with store personnel, and stay connected with your manager. And don’t forget your smile – you are the face of Kellogg’s! 






Territory includes but not limited to: N 52nd St., S 69th St., Monument Rd., Chestnut St., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania


Days & Hours Schedule: Flexible – Typical Days & Hours: Monday, Thursday, and Saturday (17.5 hours/week Avg.)


  • Must have a smart phone, be familiar with phone application technology and install free mobile application to communicate and retrieve work-related information and comply with all company policies, including the Bring Your Own Mobile Device Policy
  • Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, motor vehicle history with 2 or less moving violations within the last 36 months, or access to reliable transportation and the ability to drive to multiple locations throughout a regular workday, a walkable distance from each territory, or reliable transportation
  • Work requires long periods of walking, standing, bending, reaching, kneeling or carrying/lifting moderately heavy items (15-50 pounds) with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain a positive attitude


Bonus Points: 


  • High School or vocational school diploma or GED equivalent preferred by not required
  • One year of retail, sales, or display experience

This position covers a geography in Pennsylvania.  The ideal candidate will reside within 35 miles of the center (Millbourne, Pennsylvania) of this territory.


This position is part-time.


The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, work overtime as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule, which may include some nights, weekends and early morning hours, to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
