Title:  Traffic Coordinator - Manufacturing Warehouse


Join us as a Plant Traffic Coordinator in our Lancaster, PA manufacturing facility — where we believe in your success!  By orchestrating financial & warehouse activities, and providing exceptional internal and external customer service to all our Shipping and Production departments, you’ll be an integral part of our shipping and receiving process. You will support the daily warehouse finances by supporting invoice management and vendor relations with additional financial projects assigned as required. While you are at it, you will be building your network and expertise in a thriving environment of professional development and teamwork.   



  • Safety First!  – From your first day, you will start training to get up to speed on following company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices. No injuries here!
  • Follow the recipe! - Generating basic financial analyses and reports for management in relation to the processes for which the coordinator is responsible.
  • Let’s get it done! – Coordinate warehouse activities (via: SAP/DLX, AGV and EWMS Systems) to ensure efficient operation at minimum cost while minting compliance with materials handling procedures.
  • Data Management? – You know it! To the tune of 1.1 million+ unit loads of Ready to Eat Cereal annually.  Are you up for the challenge? This will include Invoice management, vendor management, and Receipt/invoice reconciliation within SAP on a daily basis.
  • Go, Team, Go! – You will be in daily contact with Logistics Technician, Inventory Control, and Materials Coordinators as well as outside transportation personnel.  Talk about an opportunity to establish strong partnerships with different departments across the plant!





  • High School Diploma/GED or international equivalent
  • Logistics Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Ability to learn and use a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

  • Disciplined/detailed planning and flexibility
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Invoice management experience
  • Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with SAP/DLX and applicable inventory location system
  • Finance background
