Title:  Manager, Omni Shopper Marketing - Kroger

Description:

In your role as the Manager of Omni Commerce Shopper Marketing for the Kellogg’s Krogers team, you drive conversion by delivering compelling, seamless and rich experiences at the moment-of-purchase (both digital & physical). We’ll rely on your understanding of retailer media and in-store activation to create, sell, and execute an annual plan, prioritizing and optimizing investment across shopper touchpoints. You will collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders in Sales, Supply Chain, Business Planning, Finance, and Category. This role is an individual contributor and reports to the Senior Manager, Omni Commerce Marketing Kroger.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

  • Provide best-in-class omni experience regardless of where or how shoppers shop
  • Develop purpose-driven, integrated plans: Grounded in occasion, based on insight, driven by brand purpose, and aligned with sales, category, and customer priorities
  • Deliver category growth for customers and consumer growth for Kellogg through full funnel omni solutions
  • Leverage data and technology to get deep understanding of shopper mindsets to enable business operation agility
  • Improve ROI by reviewing results and recommendations and enhancing plans to deliver growth objectives efficiently
  • Refine budget across physical and digital conversion levers
  • Lead execution of post program analysis.
  • Partner with Digital Content team to provide retailer thought leadership, identify test and learn opportunities, and measure performance.
  • Drive alignment with Sales, Supply Chain, Business Planning, Finance, and Category to ensure successful implementation of strategy and plan
  • Manage eComm business reviews and forecasting through partnership with performance management team

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-4 years of Retailer Media, Shopper Marketing, or Ecommerce experience.
  • Strong retailer facing experience
  • Experience in developing marketing, sales, or communication strategy and plans
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agency partners while driving objective, fact-based solutions

THE FINER PRINT

Travel for this role is up to 15%. 

Preferred locations are MI, IL, and OH.
