HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Omni Focus - As a Manager Omni Planning your will support the strategic development of Kellogg’s omnichannel category management, eCommerce customer analytics and digital shelf strategy.   Serving as a key contributor you will drive site audits through Kellogg’s Omni framework and tools.  You will assist in the implementation of digital transformation and migration to new tech stack. 
  • Commercial Planning – You will play a critical role in developing, executing, and optimizing an annual commercial plan across Kellogg’s online channels to ensure delivery of defined KPI’s
  • Internal Collaboration - Partnering with customer planning team the goal is to optimize assortment, including identification of channel exclusives that meet the needs of the on-line shopper and deliver profitable growth.  You will keep cross functional cohorts informed of digital shelf best practices.
  • Unlock Insights - Building selling stories that educate/influence internal sales teams on best practices and marketplace trends will be key to your success.  On occasion you will present to customer when appropriate.  Creating selling story to align brand and retailer strategies you will keep the consumer at the forefront
  • Best Practices – You will provide stakeholders with best in class merchandising direction based on platform capabilities and functionality.
  • Owner’s Mindset – You will need to take ownership and have a deep understanding of omni business analytics of KPI’s, shopper and category trends to identify business opportunities. Taking a hands on approach to data and analysis you will enable strategic decisions and create plans for growth.  You will play a key role in enhancing Kellogg digital IQ.

Required:

 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of eCommerce best practices and KPIs
  • Courageous leader with willingness to learn and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Able to work cross-functionally and drive organizational inclusivity of online components.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal and project-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability in data analysis
  • Must have the ability to work in conditions, which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints
  • This position requires continual communication both internally and externally. It is critical that the communication be delivered accurately and effectively to deliver business results

Bonus Points:

 

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Consumer Packaged Goods, Tech, Digital Marketing, or retail experience
  • Experience developing and executing commercial marketing plans

We are open to individuals located in remote US locations near a major airport.   We have launched a new Locate For Your Day policy.  For individuals near a Kellogg office, you will have the ability to work from this location.
